so you think i’m going mainstream huh!?

3 Hours’ is my original. ‘Hit Me’ features Jimmy Edgar, his voice, singing, musical style/twist and sound signature. he worked on ‘Hit Me’ on his own using my vocal also and transformed it into a suitably challenging pop song. Together they make a package which pokes fun at ‘mainstream’ and ‘underground’ music. For me, both these worlds of music are inextricably linked, and one would not exist without the other, ultimately making them the same thing. A bunch of musicians all working on making their own capitalist success by reaching as many people as they can through music…

Jimmy took a playful approach to the visual, we made it together in our agent’s bedroom in Berlin.
