hello every body
it’s my birthday today, i am 26 yrs old. i have collected so many pictures in my eyes of so many cities and people and wonders of the world last yr while traveling and performing.
on the one day of the year i actually stop working n make some time to celebrate & reflect…i am dedicating my special day and happy vibes to all the indipendent promoters in the world who work their asses off to literally bring music to the people.
as an artist, i can sit and make tunes at home and stick them online. but this is a life 20% realised.
its thanks to all the indi promoters who took big risks on me last yr to bring me to their cities, that i have been able to start the transformation into a working girl, a real musician.
now, instead of imagining what music people might like, i can see all of you in my eyes and make music from my heart, not just from a room in my flat.
i have met so many brilliant promoters, and they are often the invisible layer of the music industry.
we see labels, stars, djs, artists, etc etc. but who’s the guy who put on the amazing show you went to last week?
Dear indi promoters, i know your struggles, i know the monopoly of the job, and i know it can be thank-less work, and often you loose your own money putting on a gig.
so here it is.
